Shipping
Orders of $25 or more ship free within Canada. Shipping on smaller Canadian orders is confirmed at checkout. If you want your purchase shipped directly to someone else, let me know in the notes in the cart section and I can attach a gift note from you with what you would like to say.
When you order a product, it will be sent through Canada Post, which should take approximately seven business days. For international destinations, shipping costs will be added to the price of the product. Any customs or border charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping to the USA
Canada Post shipping is calculated by the total order weight. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Pounds and ounces are approximate conversions. The kilogram limits determine the rate at checkout. Estimated US delivery is 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds and exchanges
The buyer must contact me within 14 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. No exchanges or cancellations will be refunded.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted for custom or personalized orders.
If the product arrives damaged at your destination, I will require photographs emailed to me in order to discuss further arrangements. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me.
Payment methods
Credit and debit cards, PayPal and e-transfer. Offline payments are available by arrangement.
